Concentrated Acids

Some experiments call for "concentrated" acids, commonly "Concentrated HCl", "Concentrated HNO3" and "Concentrated H2SO4", but the don't specify the molarity or any concentration at all, they just say "Concentrated".

Are the "Concentrated" forms of these three acids always a certain standard concentration?

Usually 38 %, 68 % and 98 % respectively.
