So, i spilt some nitric acid on my little finger (by little, I mean 2 drops). The concentration was 2 mol/L.
That was one hour ago, and now its kinda orange. What should I do? i already washed it for 10-15 minutes so, what now?

Ah yup, that's what nitric does. You took care of it properly and promptly, and should be alright. In time, when you grow new skin underneath, this yellow skin will peel off. You should wear gloves next time.

The yellow/orange color comes from reaction of nitric acid with protein in your skin. It is primarily cosmetic.
