Glucose/Sucrose to carbon..

Let Say we take 1 mole of glucose/Sucrose, then heat it up to 800 degree Celsius,

Case-1 (Inert 95%Ar-5%H2 atmosphere)

Case-2 (Air atmosphere)

Case-3  (N2 atmosphere)

then what reactions will happen in all those cases,
and what will be the carbon content we will get in the final product in each case.

Can you begin to solve this one for yourself?  That is a requirement, on this forum, as noted in the Forum Rules.  When you give 3 conditions, and two possible starting materials, you ask at least 6 questions at once.  Also, when you say it as glucose/sucrose or consider it nanotechnology, it seems like you might not be serious.  Also, if you have a mole in a sealed container, and you react it, all the carbon is still there, so that's not a question at all.  Maybe you should start with a more through explanation of your application.

Pardon! If I did any mistake..
What I understand is the carbon content will be different in different
atmospheres. It is not in sealed container. In air atmosphere..it will go away as CO or CO2..I guess...Only in inert atmosphere it will stay..
It is related to nanocomposite...

Do you think if we heat it in a sealed container with tiny holes on the top of the bottle cap, what will happen? Can we be able to retain the
carbon...?

Addition of conc. Sulphuric Acid dropwise to crystalline sucrose dehydrates it to leave a residue of carbon.
