Omeprazole's water solubility at differing pH values
« on: April 06, 2017, 07:25:51 AM »
Hey,

I'm trying to understand whether Omeprazole would have a better solubility in water at either a low (<5) or high (>9) pH based on its chemical structure?
I'm assuming the Nitrogen in the pyridine ring is an important factor in this but I can't get my head around it.
