Help me to know about molecule dimension of alphapinene and phenulsulfuonphtalein. Thanks in advance.

Try using ISIS Draw or ArgusLab. In the latter program you have to optimize the structure, and may take some hours for molecules of that size.

The best idea is to take data from CSD, but unfortunately, there is no exact structure of your compounds. Moreover, your formula for sulphophtalein is wrong (at least 1 oxygen atom is missing), besides it can exist in two different form, depending on pH.
