Have one question. Basically in wine making, the glucose and fructose in grapes are getting converted to ethanol. Fructose is sparingly soluble in ethanol. During the course of reaction, why doesn't the fructose precipitate out?

Start with some research. How much starting material, how much water, how much final ethanol. Tell us what you can conclude.
