oxidation of tin in acidic environment

Hi,
How to calculate the concentration of H+ (or pH ) that is required for oxidation of tin in the following reaction? Sn(s) ā‡Œ Sn2+ + 2ā€Šeāˆ’ . Please explain it from Thermodynamics and Kinetics view point.
