Elemental Iodine reactions?
« on: December 09, 2017, 07:35:37 PM »
I know this may seem oddly specific, but does elemental Iodine react with pure Tungsten, Aluminium and/or Dysprosium? It doesn't appear to react with stainless steel, even when boiling, and from what I've observed it just converts to the Triiodide allotrope with Aluminium, but I'd like some clarification nonetheless.
