I'm not sure how I could calculate the number of double bonds in oil given the mass of bromine water used for the polyunsaturated oil to decolorize the bromine.

How does the basic reaction looks like? You need some values like mass of oil, Molare Mass of oil and also bromine. The concentration of bromine in water.
