im setting up for vacuum distillation and im not sure what diameters i need on the tubing im gonna order
the outer diameter on my glassware outlet is 10 mm
im assuming the inner diameter of the vacuum tubing needs to be smaller than 10 mm otherwise it will be a loose fit
any help would be appreaciated

i found some 8 mm inner diameter 16 mm outer
its some aftermarket car stuff i think its gonna do it. its specifies max for 9,5 mm outer but i think i can take the chance that it will fit if i heat and lubricate it
any thoughts ?

Sounds reasonable. You can always cable tie or use jubilee clips (carefully without crushing the glass) to improve the seal.
