Hello everyone. I,m new on this forum and I realy need your help. Always trouble with unit convertion. Can anyone please explain to me how is there number 10^-4 in this example. I uploaded picture and nubmer mark with red. Thank you

Consider typing the question out to aid searches in the future.

Are you happy with the part in the worked example showing (10-2 N dm-2)/(1 N m-2)?
