Please advice which material is compatible for carrying the Solvent containing triphosgene .Should we go for PTFE???

If the solvent is compatible with PTFE (all about are) then triphosgene have nothing to do but to stay disolved and stable ;)

To my personal experience, I'm using tpg dissolved in various solvents like MDC, Toluene, etc. & doing my reaction just in a PP (polypropylene) tank !  :o

As it shows quite acidic pH while dissolved in solvent & also generates acidic vapors at normal temp. conditions, I think you may also use a glasslined reactor.

Thank you for your reply.Our planning is to use the Glass lined reactor.
But I want to know MOC Of Pipe line for carrying the Toulene +TPG(TPG Is completely soluble in Toulene)

We generally manually feed the solvent & tpg in HDPE drums to the reaction tank, so I think, HDPE pipe would not be a problem for you.

Otherwise, ms glasslined/glass pipe is the last choice.  ;)
