By fully-reacted "zinc bisglycinate", do they mean pH neutral?

If the label said just zinc glycinate, would that mean it's not fully reacted? If glycine is a non-acidic amino acid, would the formation of "zinc glycinate" result in a slightly higher or slightly lower pH?

The zinc has reacted with the aminoacid. The amino group gives a chelat complex. A free aminogroup has which pH behaviour?
