Which of the following acid solutions would require the smallest volume to completely neutralize 10.00 mL of 0.100 M NaOH? 
A 0.100 M H3PO4
B 0.100 M CH3COOH
C 0.100 M HCl
D 0.100 M H2C2O4

i picked C , but my my friend said it was wrong
what do you think?

write down the neutralization equations and you'll see why (hint: stoichiometry)

Your friend was right, you are wrong follow sdekivit advice and #1 in my signature. .
Most Common Suggestions I Make on the Forums.
1. Start by writing a balanced chemical equation.
2. Don't confuse thermodynamic stability with chemical reactivity.
