Hi does anyone knows why does ΔT of a square planar complex 4/9Δo ? I've been searching through online and was unable to find out any answers it would be great if someone can give me some advice to this question

for a tetrahedral complex is 4/9Δ

for an octahedral complex? There isn't a single Δ for square planar.
