Hi i want to know that which paper is better for reagent absorption....whatman filter paper no.1 or chromatography paper?
with whatman filter paper iam facing the problem of washing out of reagent into the sample...please help

You already have a topic on this, and I responded with an avenue, to which you never responded. You have to covalently bind a reagent to a substrate or it will wash out. This is not something mysterious.
