Hello !
i'm a pHD student, and i haven't done that much organic, but to solve a problem that I have in lab i need to know a reaction.
So i thought maybe someone can help me here?
it's a transformation of the peptide bond into a amide bond: R-CONH-R to R-CONH2. Does anyone as a clue ?
Thanks a lot !

That is a tricky one. I think you could try this method Org. Lett. 2017, 19, 1614−1617 using ammonia or some kind of ammonia equivalent (benzylamine followed by hydrogenation etc..) but IM not sure if it will work with amino acids, you have to try
