although HI is higher on the tble than HCl , explain clearly why 0.10 M HI (aq) and 0.10 M HCl(aq) both contain 0.10 M H3O+ (aq)

actually , i dont really get the question , may you help me figure it out?

Because both are strong acids and will dissociate completely in aqueous medium.
