I have an AP Chemistry packet that i have to complete by the end of this month. I've been working on it all summer long and have most of the problems done. However, i can't remember how to even start doing percent composition problems
which is not good. i looked through all of my notes that I've saved from my past chemistry classes and nothing is helping me. so if someone could please, please explain this to me, that would be great. One of the problems is...
How many grams of Sodium Chloride can be obtained from 450. grams of a 5.65% Sodium Chloride solution?
I think that i need to use the masses of Na and Cl found on the periodic table but I'm not sure. i don't want the answer to the problem, i just need help setting up the equations and what not to get the answer. If anyone can help me, thank you very much.
