Hey guys,
do you have a procedure for preparation and isolation of the TiCl2BINOL complex? The only references I  was able to get is mixing TiCl2(OiPr)2 but surely there is a way how to make it directly from TiCl4? I found some descriptions that talk about reaction of TiCl4 with lithium salt of binol but no specific procedure is given or the complex is made in situ but my molecule is not really compatible with BuLi that is commonly used.

There is probably nothing fancy about this other than just mixing the BINOL with TiCl4 but if the reaction then is not working its going to be difficult decipher where the problem exactly is
