Does anyone have expertise in ESI-MS and/or MALDI of oligonucleotides?

What's your question? If I don't know the answer I know people who might.
Most Common Suggestions I Make on the Forums.
1. Start by writing a balanced chemical equation.
2. Don't confuse thermodynamic stability with chemical reactivity.
3. Forum Supports LaTex

I have been trying to gett a good MS from our Bruker MALDI. I have tried THAP, DHB, and HPA matrices. I cannot even see the matrix fly. Am I missing something?
