I am wondering about how fast is the promotion for a organic synthetic chemist with PhD.

What is the usual salary increase per year? How many years needed to reach manager level?

The company that gives me offer is 500-1000 employee size. I think it is doing OK and is rapidly expanding (can be seen from its lots of recruiting advertisements)

The company gives me a minimum 10% bonus of the base salary. Does this sound good?

10% bonus is good, depending on the salary. I'm not a synthetic chemist but if you have postdoc experience you may be able to apply for senior scientist roles, where you could have people working under you. A mix of labwork and manager work.
