I am in need of advice.
I have a protocol that involves removing the pellet from a falcon vial after it has been in the vacuum chamber overnight. However, after the first round of centrifugation, the compound is very sticky and I have trouble removing it. I am afraid it will lead to a large product loss and if I can fix this part of the protocol we will have better results.
After removing the compound it is redissolved in DSMO. I have considered washing the vials in DSMO but dont know how to go about it. Any suggestions?
