Isn't there an asymmetric carbon here?

Hello

I was doing an exercise, and I had to mark whether there was an asymmetric carbon here or not. I think I found two, but the answer of the exercise said that there was none.



Could you guys please confirm to me if there is an asymmetric carbon where I marked red?

You are right - but the image is wrong. There is a double bond between the marked atoms.
