% Solution and how to convert a 3% solution to molarity

What does it mean if the concentration of a solution of hydrogen peroxide is "3%"? Does it mean that for every 100mL, there are 3 grams of hydrogen peroxide in the solution? I'm currently doing a redox titration lab where I need to determine the concentration of hydrogen peroxide, where I got an experimental value for molarity of 0.912mol/L. The provided solution of hydrogen peroxide was 3%, but I don't know what 3% means.

The percentage is weight percent. 100 g contain 3 g H2O2 To convert to the volume you need the density.

In biology, pharmacy, etc. for diluted water solution often % m/v is used.
At a density of 3% (w/w) H2O2 of about 1.009 g/cm3 this gives less than 1% error.
