How to make Air-activated Heater

I Just saw this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H2oKrGqkf2o and i was wonder how to make one of these . i would appreciate if you write it with details or if you provide a tutorial Thank you

No idea what is the chemistry behind, but I doubt it is trivial to make - apparently it works by oxidizing something with air oxygen, that probably means preparation requires an inert atmosphere, not something easy to implement at home.
