Cations in NH3 and NaOH

What are some cations that dissolve and not dissolve in NaOH and NH3?

What i know is
Zn, Pb, Al, dissolve in excess NaOH
Zn, Ca, dissolve in excess NH3

Cu, Fe doesnt dissolve in NaOH

It depends on the concentration of NaOH - in lab of analytical chemistry where NaOH is 2 to 4 M this statement is almost true.
