can someone just check that my homework is correct please
Classify each of the following aqueous solutions as a nonelectrolyte, weak electrolyte, or strong electrolyte:

(a) HBrO - weak electrolyte

(b) HNO3 - strong electrolyte

(c) KOH - strong electrolyte

(d) CoSO4 - strong electrolyte

(e) sucrose, C12H22O11- nonelectrolyte

(f) O2-  nonelectrolyte

and

Which will contain the greater number of moles of chloride ion:

40.0 mL of 0.35 M NaCl            or                  25.0 mL of 0.25 M CaCl2

i got 40 mL of .35 M NaCl produces 14 mol NaCl so
       ^^^^^^^^^^^^^ would be the answer

First part OK

i got 40 mL of .35 M NaCl produces 14 mol NaCl so
       ^^^^^^^^^^^^^ would be the answer


First of all - volumes are in mL.

Second - you must take into account number of chloride ions per particle.

i put in in L
.014 mol Cl
.0125 mol Cl

so 40.0 mL of .35 M NaCl is the answer?
