Is there a way to make beeswax liquid at a lower temperature, like 10 degrees celsius?
Can you make it so that it stays liquid at 10 degrees celsius and hardens at 20?

No, maybe opposit is possible, liquid at 20°C and solid at 10 °C.
Your wish is like to have water liquid at 0 ° C and solid at 20 ° C., not possible.
