what changes on a protein when substitute one amino acid to another?

The substitution of one amino acid to another acid
a. will change the primary structure of the polypeptide.
b. can change the secondary structure of the polypeptide.
c. can change the tertiary structure of the polypeptide.
d. All of these are correct.


I think only the primary structure will change! is this correct?

You might consider mutations in the serpin family of protease inhibitors.
