In the reaction of citric acid and sodium bicarbonate, why increasing the volume of citric acid increases reaction time?
I think it revolves around the idea of the more reactants the more products. and does temperature play a role here?

Please elaborate on what you mean by "increasing the volume of citric acid".
In general question as sked is so ambiguous (we know nothing about the procedure and conditions) there is no way to even try to guess what you mean and what is happening.
