We are doing a lab that relates to making soap and I was wondering the best way to ensure safety by removing NaOH from your finished product. Is there any way to remove it without changing the pH of my soap dramatically?

First take less NaOH. Or insted of it sodium carbonate, If pH has right value then no need to remove anything.
