Hello, I was wondering if there is a way for me to find the literature value for the Activation energy of the reaction between sodium bicarbonate and citric acid. I've tried searching this on the internet, but I still can't find it. :/

Probably because the reaction is vaguely defined. If we assume you are referring to a solution phase reaction, then there are several processes/reactions that occur after both species are dissolved - reaction of bicarbonate with solvated proton, decomposition of carbonic acid, etc. Maybe you will have better luck finding activation energies for these specific processes.
