In my opinion, only NH4+ can be found in an aqueous solution.
In fact, NH3 reacts with water and you'll have NH4+ and OH-.
NH4Cl may be considered good, but I think you should say you don't actually see that salt. What you see, instead, are NH4+ and Cl-.
Finally. HCl reacts with water as well and the ions are H3O+ and Cl-.
