I just learned about the non-ideal situation of liquid mixture solution.

I get the concept and calculations stuff, but wondering where in our life does these seemingly 'minor factors' turns into 'must-considered factors'.
Pretty sure it's important in the industry scenes.

Any comments would be much appreciated!
