Hi Seniors, I'm working in polypropylene plant (Spheripol Process). Currently, my plant is having issues in oligomers condensation (Not supposed to happen) in our compressor (2-stage) package system. Only abnormality observed in our operating system is that there is reduction in suction pressure (0.8barg to 0.65 barg) along with outlet temperature reduction (40°C to 34°C) after the intercooler. Could this changes in operating system results in oligomers condensation?

I do not know how to attach simple PFD of the process. Please guide me through.
