Hello, I have a question about preparing the multicomponent solution, for example, this one:

"0.4% (v/v) TMAH, 1% ethanol, 0.01% APDC, 0.05% Triton X-100TM, 5 μg L−1 Rh, Te, Ir"

some components are given in (v/v)%, some in %, another in μg L−1, which makes things a bit complicated..
For example, I want to prepare 1 L of this solution, can I assume that the density of the final solution is 1kg/L (because of the very small amount of dissolved substances) and calculate everything for 1 kg (1 L) solution?
