Basing off of typical organic classes for college level (general organic 1 and 2) (and following general guidelines from the ACS).
At the minimum you must know your nomenclature, isomerism (enantiomers, disteromeres, etc etc), chirality, all your functional groups and basic properties, thoroughly know nucleophilic substitution and elimination reactions, general properties and synthesis of all the “stuff” you studied, everything in your book from the previous chapters that are in bold

Basically everything would be good.
