What's up with cyanimide's Lewis Structure?

Cyanimide has a nitrogen with three bonds but not quite so, because 2 of the three bonds are cut in half so, what's that? I don't really need a detailed answer. I just want to know what's that called so I can research it and study on my own.

Bonds are not cut, place where they are "cut" is the place of the carbon atom.

N≡C-NH2 is the correct formula.
