ATP
« on: March 03, 2022, 05:56:50 AM »
Hi!

I need to explain ( with reaction forumlas) how glucose, hexokinase, G6PDH and NADP+. Together in a enzyme system can determine how much ATP i produced. And how the concentration for this system should be to measure the speed pf which ATP is produced

I think you mean the speed with which ATP is consumed.  The two tasks (find the amount of ATP and find the rate) are related but distinct.  This is a common applied enzymology question.  What are your thoughts, so far?

PubMed is a good search engine for the biochemical literature.
