Check the oxidation number of nitrogen in  NaNH2, N2O and NaN3 and compare. What is your conclusion?

NaNH2   - III   and  NaN3   -1/3?? or  one of N  has +1  and  others  have   -I?

NaNH2 correct, N2O mathematically N +1, O -2 but also possible one N = 0 and one  N -2. NaN3 is correct.
Now you can figure out what will be oxidised and what reduced.
