Evening everyone, needed some help figuring out the procedure and equation for a titration like this. I've been looking into determining polyphenol tannin content in tea by titration and am currently stumped by what the process should be. I've seen ideas suggesting potassium permanganate titration with Indigo Carmine, but I'm not sure if this is the best way to go, or even what the procedure or equation for calculations would be. I'd immensely appreciate some insight into a potential procedure and ideas! Thanks.
