After hydrogen peroxide and manganese dioxide were used to produce oxygen, a wooden stick with sparks was used to penetrate into the gas collecting cylinder, but there was no re-ignition. What is the reason?

Consider your method in detail and look for reasons. For example did you allow time for the oxygen to displace air already in the equipment, how were you collecting the gas eg. over water or some other method?? Was the splint actually glowing before trying it in the collected gas? A good experimental scientist looks for possibilities in addition to asking for advice.
