extended time instead of lower centrifuge rotation?

hi all
I need to centrifuge my sample to 2500g for 5 min which means 4144 rpm with (130 mm radius). the available centrifuge in our lab just can centrifuge ultimately on 3500 rpm.

what should I do? can I extend the time of centrifuge instead of it's lower speed or not? if I can how I can measure the extended time which is needed?

Try and error. I would say 4144 *5/3500 = 6 min.should be ok.

The terminal velocity is proportional to the acceleration, which is proportional to the square of the RPM (a = ω2r). So I would try
time = 5*(4144/3500)^2
