Just FYI Response is still extremely lagged at this time.
It could be my connection or a server issue

No, it is still server side. The load is pretty low, database is OK and works fast, yet the answer takes ages.

In the end I will probably just reboot everything.

Actually we are under two parallel attacks, slowloris and scrappers. Doesn't make things easier :(
