Arabinitol and ribitol

Hi,

what's the difference between arabinitol and ribitol pls?
do they have the same molecular formula, just different OH position or what?

They are epimers of each other.  This means that they are stereoisomers (diastereomers, to be specific) which differ in their arrangement about only one chiral center.
