okay what is the name of the following compound~ AgIO??? and 10.a)How many grams of sulphuric acid will neutralize 10g of sodium hydroxide? and b) what volume of water vapour at 100 degrees celsius and 110 kPa would also be produced? i have no idea where to even begin with that one somebody please help ??? ???

I think one of the forum rules is to show some work and that way they can help you learn. By the way did you mean AgIO3?

There are two ways of naming simple compound.  One rule applies to ionic compounds, and the other applies to covalent compounds.  What type is your compound?

Always start with a balanced chemical reaction.

humm im not sure what type of compound it is sorry. and i would show my work but i have no idea even where to start

In general, if a compound contains both metals and non-metals (e.g. Na3PO4, AgCl), the compound is ionic.  If the compound contains only non-metals (e.g. CO2, XeF6), the compound is covalent.  You should review your chemistry text book on how to name ionic and covalent compounds.
