Could someone help me with my prelab question?

I was wondering if someone could help me answer this question: what is the equation for the hydrolysis of methyl salicylate by aqueous NaOH solution.

Please first try it yourself  :)
Never expect spoon feeding . If someone gave you this answer in the starting then you won't use your brain .

First write the structure of methyl salicylate . :)

Search this forum. This problem was solved in 2005.
