Hi everyone.

I'm now trying to synthesize the above complex. However I've encounter problem when I try to precipitate  the RuL2Cl2 (L=bipyridyl with carboxylate group pendent) after I reflux the solution (contains RuCl3,L and DMF-with N2 & stirring for 8 hrs).
What are the problem that possibly occur? my yield is only 4%  Embarrassed
Please help me to overcome this problem. Thank you.
