Need help balancing redox eq

K, I got this redox thingy I need to balance. But I not quite sure how to do it

Zn + NO3- <-----------> Zn(OH)3- + NH3

There are none, but it is like in basic (base, added NaOH, dunno what its called in English) environment, so I guess you can add them as you like.

Then first write the full equation; all the compounds that are participating in the reaction.

Remember, water is also a compound available in reaction

Hint: Use Ion Electron Method and apply rules for basic media
